Grapefruit and a good book accompanied by a cup of tea is the best thing ever on a rainy afternoon. I am one of those people who snack trough out the day and I love snacking on almonds and grapefruit. Being healthy and finding healthy snacks is so much more satisfying than shoving a bunch of unidentifiable substances in my mouth. I never feel bad about what I snack on because it’s all good for my body and If I’m nice to my body, my body is nice to me. ^^
I’ve just read a couple of chapters in this book so I can’t comment on it yet. But when have read it I might make a review on it.
